Many people ask me how I got started in tattooing... plain luck and hard work. I got my foot in the door back in 2001, fresh out of college and eager to put my skills to work. Since then I've been fortunate enough to meet some great people and inspiring artists who have, in one way or another, given me the knowledge I need to keep progressing and develop into the artist I strive to be.
I would describe my tattoo style as illustrative & cute and I love to tattoo characters, flowers, script, funny things, pretty things and especially lots of color! Give me an idea and let me run with it.
I owe a big thanks to my parents who have continuously been my biggest cheer leaders through my entire journey and a super big thanks to my husband (and talented tattoo artist) Trent, who has been by my side with love, support and inspiration since I was an aspiring Apprentice.
Today we are the proud parents of our son Jack and together we own Eastside Tattoo Parlour in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our shop is located in East Van on Commercial Drive and we have the best community and group of clients anyone could ask for. We would like to thank all of you for your continued support and especially to those of you that have been a part of our slowly (but surely) transformation.
